About Us
We are 100% a Kiwi owned business!

Suzanne has been working in Health and Safety since 2016. She brings a mix of practicality, business understanding and a passion for people to ensure your business is protected when it comes to H&S. An academically and commercially astute consultant with experience in a wide variety of organisations, she brings a strong practical aspect to clients. A range of clients ensures that Suzanne deals with many safety and health issues and with strong communication and interpersonal skills, she interacts with labourers to CEOs to contractors and more to solve myriad problems and issues.
Rather than being an expert in any specific client industry or organisation, Suzanne recognizes the owners and workers as being the experts, so rather than dictate what should be done, she asks multiple questions of what could be done to change or improve certain aspects and this willingness to learn is reflected in the great working relationships she has with clients.
Calm, patient and assertive, Suzanne then works with individual clients to ascertain what is best for them both now and into the future, using analytical and organisational skills to follow through on decisions made and assisting with the actual implementation of these.

How it works
As we work with self-employed contractors and small and medium businesses, we understand that you need to minimise costs where possible while fulfilling your obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.
We work on a needs-based consulting premise – we meet with you and go through all the options and based on what we decide your business needs, that’s all you pay for. A monthly fee usually works best but other options are available. This also gives you the flexibility to change what services you need – usually after a year. There are no fixed term contracts – just a 30 day notice.
